My goal is to help you find meaning in your struggles and empower you to lead a more connected and fulfilling life. I am deeply passionate about helping individuals better understand themselves, build authentic relationships, and create lives that feel supported and aligned with their values. My approach is warm, direct, and engaging, grounded in the belief that a strong and trusting therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful change.

Our work will unravel the assumptions and patterns that undermine your capacity to create the love and work-life that you desire. I strive to create a space where my clients can make choices that are authentic, meaningful, and life-enhancing. I combine a warm and intuitive approach to help you find the solutions that will bring you fulfillment and a sense of clarity. I view therapy as a supportive space to explore your goals, identify unhealthy patterns and develop the strength to make changes.

Throughout my career I have helped individuals struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, trauma, identity-development, burnout and feeling stuck. I also support founders and entrepreneurs achieve their goals, balance the demands of their ambitions while developing a healthy and meaningful personal life.

My therapeutic style is centered around respect and empathy. At the core of my work is a deep respect for your unique experiences and a commitment to helping you alleviate pain, understand your emotions, and transform how you relate to yourself and others.

While change can feel daunting, staying stuck can feel just as overwhelming. You don’t have to face these challenges alone. Together, we’ll create a path toward greater self-awareness, stronger relationships, and a more confident and connected life.

Tal Ginsburg, PsyD

I believe that we are all doing the best we can to cope with life in all its beautiful complexity. But, a lot of the time, the ways in which we try to survive and protect ourselves can create significant disconnection in our lives, both to other people and ourselves.

I am an attachment oriented therapist who tries to deeply understand how one’s early interpersonal experiences and attachments have shaped their understanding of self and self-worth. I am curious about how our insecurities that have developed through these interpersonal experiences impact one’s ability to relate to others, relate to themselves, and function in the world. My focus on attachment is reflected in my therapeutic style, where I prioritize building a strong bond and trust with my clients.

I meet my clients where they are at, without my own expectations or agenda of where they should be in their journey. I specialize in supporting individuals who are experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-worth, emotion regulation difficulties, relationship difficulties, and grief. I am passionate about supporting the perinatal and postpartum population, and supporting them with postpartum anxiety and depression. Additionally, I am passionate about working with teenagers, and helping them build confidence, self-awareness, strong communication, and healthy coping skills.

I hope to support you in building a deeper connection and cultivating compassion for yourself. I want to help you feel confident knowing what your needs are, and advocating for them in relationships. Mostly, I want to help you believe that your voice deserves to be heard, and that you deserve to take up space in the world.

My belief in therapy is simple. Let’s get to the root of things so you can experience a greater capacity for life’s challenges while cultivating more joy, freedom, and ease. Together, we will address what may keep you stuck and how to create meaningful change. The process of therapy isn’t easy. I work hard to make it valuable, enriching, and engaging.

I like spotting patterns and I see symptoms as opportunities to gain insight. I approach this work psychodynamically, a modality that connects past relationship experiences to who we are in the present. My education also includes contemporary psychoanalysis, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and mindfulness, as this work is not one size fits all. In the room, you can expect me to be myself - warm, humorous, direct, and non-judgemental.

I support adults and adolescent individuals managing symptoms of anxiety, depression, grief/loss, burnout, narcissism, existential distress, attachment dynamics, and self worth. I also love working with couples, partners/friends, and non-traditional relationships who want to address connection, intimacy, and communication. I’m committed to creating a therapeutic space where you feel seen, heard, and supported in your unique journey. My goal is to help you uncover deeper insights about yourself and develop tools to navigate life’s complexities with resilience and clarity. With compassion and curiosity, we’ll explore the patterns and challenges that shape your experience, working collaboratively to foster meaningful growth and lasting change.

The truth is that taking responsibility and breaking patterns is big work and a lifelong process. Together, we can make it feel accessible and empowering. Therapy is an investment in yourself and in the relationships you care about most. It’s my privilege to be able to co-create a working strategy with you.

Therapy is a collaborative journey—a space where curiosity meets compassion. I believe in the boundless generativity of “yes, and” and that being a person is deeply absurd and profoundly sacred in equal measure. My goal is to make you feel safe enough to let yourself be known and supported while you do the challenging work of becoming more authentically yourself.

I specialize in working with people in transition who are ready to explore the interplay between their past experiences and present relationships. Whether you're a parent looking for an ally to translate for your teen, a couple feeling stuck and seeking their spark, or just a person trying to navigate this complicated and ever-shifting world with some sense of serenity, I aim to help you cultivate insight as much as catalyze actionable change. My work with clients focuses on uncovering hidden narratives and unconscious processes that influence your current emotional world. Then, we’ll work together to make changes that amplify your sense of agency and joy in life.

Using dream work, active imagination, and reflections about what’s happening “here and now” in our sessions, I help to shed light on what is driving the patterns occurring in your life. As a therapist, I am kind, playful, and nonjudgmental, with an eye for how humor and storytelling can help illuminate deeper truths, ease difficult emotions, and create space for authentic self-exploration. My goal is to have you leave our sessions with a better understanding of your emotional landscape, a more compassionate view of yourself, and concrete strategies for managing life’s challenges.

On a long enough timeline, everyone is driven to move toward wellness, wholeness, and integration in their life. My role as a therapist is to help facilitate your innate forward momentum...and maybe grease the wheels a bit. If you feel pulled to understand yourself, your relationship, or this moment in your life, reach out. I look forward to connecting with you.

gain deeper MEANING.

A vibrant life is doable. Let’s build yours together.
